| Light ruby color, with some particles suspended (non-filtered, a bit jolted before tating). Looks healthy tho. Very delicate nose, barnyard smells and a bit of a vanilla hint. Very delicate pallet with red fruits (red currants), hint of tobacco and chocolate. Very much Bordeaux style (typical for the house). After aboout one hour, very acid and hint of lemon, turning into vinegar. |
