I love white wine, but if anyone knows of any good reds I might be willing to try it. You can reply to this post or leave me a comment on my profile Let me know.

I think you should try the 1995-lascomdes. This wine got a low ratting. But with it's sweet and medium body. This mid weight wine is not bad. It might be a good red wine to start with.

I would definitely start with some kind of merlot - preferrably Californian. These wines tend to be velvety and smooth without a lot of astringency or bitterness. Also, they are not 'sweet' like some whites so it will help you get used to reds without being too much. Hope this helps.
