The day was 8-1-2003. I remember it very clearly. It was the
first day of school for me. I was going back to school to get my master degree
in environmental studies.
When I got home I needed a drink. :-) and am I ever glad I chose this wine it
had such a nice texture and the perfect full body needed to make feel like I
was having a real drink and just a glass of wine. If I was to make the call I
would say this wine was beefy.
I’m not sure if that’s a real term used to describe wine. If
it’s not it should be. What I mean by beefy is that this wine felt like it
could hold its own.
