Okay this isn't earth-shattering, but it is a nice, crisp SB not overly acidic, widely available in restaurants and nicely accompanies a range of shellfish, and goes well with oysters particularly at least in the experience of my wife and I. There would be others I might choose, but often I am not given that choice.
This is still a nice go-to for when you want a decent bottle of wine but don't need a show-stopper. You can find it anywhere and if given a couple of hours it will deliver what you expect. Consistency is a good way to build an empire
